Debris can accumulate on your roof causing excess moisture to saturate and deteriorate roofing material and trim on your home. It doesn’t take long to get up there and take a look.
If you don’t feel comfortable getting on a roof, I don’t blame you! Hire a roofer or handyman to take a look for you. Be sure they look for clogged gutters, moss or mold buildup and debris stuck under trim and close to walls. Clearing this will greatly improve the life of your roof and possibly prevent leaks.
